Notes
Pitched decanted starter of ~400B Cells. Pitched and fermented at 70 for 6 days then finished in 85 garage for a few days. Directly bottle conditioned from primary via valve and spring-loaded bottle filler.
Planning to add one packet of US-05 4-5 days into primary to combat this strain's tendency to stall. LHBS was out of French Saison which I would normally use for this purpose.
