Notes
5/7/22-Will do a 90 minute mash and double batch sparge for max efficiency. Adding the dregs from several bottles of Dupont, Russian River and Allagash to the Napoleon. The WP60 is a Dip Hop in the fermenter with the tea. WP10 is the flameout and peppercorns. Adjusted the salts and acidity for pale ale recipe. 2kg of guava puree in keg as priming sugar.
