Notes

DH - 2 days into fermentation. 0.5oz Galaxy, 0.75oz of each of the other hops. Left for 3 days.

After 3 days, removed those hops, DH again with: 0.25oz Galaxy, 0.5oz of each of the other hops. Left for 3 days and then removed.

After 12 days brought upstairs (from ~68 to 74F) for 2 days. Then cooled crash for 1.5days.

Racked into purged keg. Added 0.5oz of Galaxy and M.B. and 0.75oz of Lemondrop and Motueka. Remove after 3 days, refrigerate and carb.
