Starter: 26 oz. spring water and 2.5 oz. Pilsner DME. Add pack of American Chico. Place on stir plate for 38 hours, rest 8 hours. Vigorous fermentation 8-10 hours. Maybe too much pitch volume.
Yield to kettle 9.5 gal
Boil to 7 gal.
Keg yield 5.5 gal
