Notes
When adding peppers I freeze them and the remove seeds and chop them into small pieces.
Add mango flavor from your favorite concentrate or syrup. (I used Amoretti)
Taste after a few days of peppers in the secondary and add more if needed. All peppers are different sizes and strengths.
This is one of my go too and favorite beers.
