June 21, Racked to the second carboy and put in the fridge for second fermentation. Left for vacation for 6 weeks. O.G. 1.013.
Aug. 3rd, Pitched 5.4oz. corn sugar and Bottled 24 pints, 4 bombers and 1 growler. F.G. 1.00099!!
Clean and smooth flavor.
Finished bottles on 11/5-6/2021. Great Pilsner in flavor and look.
