Notes
O.G: 1.052
F.G: 1.006
abv: ~6.04% (Before bottle conditioning)
Used 0.5 kg of short grain rice instead of flaked rice. Higher Abv than flaked rice.
Brewed on: July 14th, 2021
Bottled on: July 19th, 2021
Yeast caked on: July 25th, 2021- Yeast settled fully in bottles. Hops are on point. Bitterness is on point. Very crisp and refreshing - pseudo-lager-like. Experiment with 14 g of liberty hops instead of cascade. 0.5 kg rice is too boozy. The boozyness is non-disturbing, but is present as a back note. Re-brew with 250 g of rice instead. very watery and head lasts a mere minute. I'm ok with this but maybe experiment with flaked oats...
