Notes
My own recipe. I picked up the grain at Beer Meister Supplies on 15 May 2021 and I had the grains crushed.
MASH INGREDIENTS
12.0 lbs Weyermann Pilsner Malt
BOIL ADDITIONS & TIMES
2.9 ounces of homegrown hops for 60 minutes
7 pounds/63 ounces of rhubarb juice from my garden
YEAST
Munton’s Dry Yeast Packet from old beer kits.Optimum temperature: 64–70°F.
Less rhubarb juice this time as my juicer broke, the blender did not work, so I used a food processor and then squeezed it by hand.
