Not a very close match. Next time I will try the following:
Add some Cara-pils dextrine.
Reduce the Munich a bit.
90 minute boil
First hop addition at 75
Summit/Amarillo @75
Crystal/Amarillo the rest of the way (45, 25, and 0)
No Cascade, and make sure to get Cyrstal.
