Notes

Rev 3/12/14 subtracted golden promise, added special roast, used Munich as base malt, increased Fuggles to IBU of 39, this is higher than the style max of 25, wanted to balance sweetness
Calories 130/12oz
3/19 added 4 oz Aromatic, 4 oz CaraAroma and subtracted 8 from Munich 10

Made 3/19/14 Mashed 153 for hour, boil an hour
Seemed that the eff was low, so added 13 oz DME xtra light
was actually pretty good at 70%, so with water get OG1044 IBU now 29

FG 1008, racked second 4/2/14

meets style 80 shilling
