5.5 Gallon Mash
3 Gallon Sparge
Mash at 157
Measure out 11g of CC and 6g of Epsom Salt
Put around 12g of the total into the mash and leave the rest for the sparge.
Put 4g Canning Salt directly in the boil.

7:10 added mash salts as began mash in
Temp 161 for mash in. Once complete set to 157
Checked at 7:30 and pump was on too high and wort spilling through overflow. Likely some grain will get down there.
8:10 raised temp
For mash out
8:17 raised basket and began sparge
Really slow sparge.
9:50 took basked off to continue to drain in pot. Have about 6g so far.
Added 4g canning salt to the boil
Put last runnings into the kettle.
Total pre boil of 6.25G @ 1.060
10:30 reached boil added 0.25oz Mosaic
11:15 added 1lb brewers crystals and 5tsp yeast nutrient.
11:25 started running chiller
11:35 turned off element a m d cooled to 190
11:40 added whirlpool hops
12:10 resume cooling and transferring
Collected 5.25G @ 1.076
Pitched yeast at around 69 and set fridge to 67
5/7 turned up heat to 68*
5/9. Added first dry hops (2oz each citra mosaic, Galaxy)
Turned up temp to 70.
5/11 10am. Turned temp up to 72.
4pm specific gravity at 1.024
5/12 5pm specific gravity at 1.021
5/16 dropped temp to 60 and dry hopped.
5/17 dropped temp to 38
5/19 kegged
Got about 4.25 gallons at 1.020 for 7.35%
