Stole this recipe from Good Eats, halved it, and changed the hops bc i had some Triumph in my freezer. Ive entered into a local SMaSH competition, so we shall see. Hops are 4 yrs old at this point and not a ton of bitterness came through. Nice citrus-y flavor that I think fits within style. It's a good beer to sip while grilling meat...as I'm doing right now.
