Notes

PH= 5.5, Variation of the Mai tai pale ale from Alvarado street brewery (monterey) clone from more beer.com. Accidental 55 min boil, 1/8 tsp gypsum and 2ml lactic acid added to boil, had to use small pump because larger one stopped working. Aroma hops were added after boil at 170F for 20 minutes.

Tasting: keg tasting had bittering hop flavor, slight fruit punch flavor with fruit punch aroma.
