2020 05 04 - high krausen ended; added 1.5 oz of each Polaris and Zamba each in their own hop sock
2020 05 06 - remove hops added on 5/6 and add 1.5 oz of each Polaris and Zamba each in their own hop sock

transferred beer to 2º
added hop charge 1 for two days, it was removed and replaced with charge 2
After charge 2 was removed I added the yeast/wort and allowed it to ferment for few more days -- not a good idea
Next time - transfer to 2° for a 1-2 days to get yeast more active and then add the hops so that they don't get scrubbed out.
2021 05 16 transferred to keg to carbonate at 12 psi
bottled 2021 05 23 -- 44 bottles
