The reciepe is based on original St. Austell, No. 98 PA, June 6.1944 Brewing log.
Tapped to firkins and 5L party Kegs and primed with sugar. Conditioned for 2 weeks in casks.
Serve at 12 - 15 C, wonderful round mouth feel, friendly bitter, slightly fruity and hoppy nose, dark amber in color, with nutty and caramel notes.
On purpose: Very low in Co2
