Notes

Forgot filter on GF so pump clogged with grain. Grainstopper also failed.

So no wort recirculation and no heat exchanger coooling. Wort had to cool naturally.

Yeast pitched at 32C.

Fermented down to 1010.Kegged and primed on 27 04 21.

Tried on 07 05. Very poor and clearly infected. Phenols and cloudy. Huge disappointment.
