Notes

This was a 10 gallon Spartan IPA recipe at 6.25%. I changed to 15 gallons without changing anything else. Now it's 4.25%, This also raised the IBUs from 12.25 to 15.6 that doesn't make sense to me.
Also used Cablecar yeast to make it a lager.
