Notes
Based on the MoreBeer Red Ale extract kit with 4 extra pounds of CBW Golden Light DME and some additional steeping grains.
Yeast was started with a can of Propper Starter on a spinning plate for 24 hours prior.
Measured OG at 21.9-22.1 brix (with MA871) which is 1.0915-1.0924 (~1.092).
2 hours of aeration with a filtered air pump through a sintered stone.
At time of writing, Tilt reports 1.012 (but calibration is questionable; 1.009 uncalibrated) after 12 days in the bucket.
FG 1.012 (10.2 brix which is 3.09 after correction)
