Guppy's Hazy IPA

  • Add 1oz Ekuanot/1oz Mosaic pellets in after 2-3 days of primary fermentation (dry hop #1).
  • Leave in primary fermenter until active fermentation ends (1-2 weeks).
  • Transfer to secondary fermenter and add 1oz Ekuanot/1oz Citra pellets (dry hop #2).
  • Leave in secondary fermenter for 1 week before bottling.
  • Should make about 48 bottles (2 cases).
