Notes

This came out OK. Nothing outstanding. This was the first American Wheat we did and it's a decent, basic wheat. We went to use the Amoretti flavoring for the lemonade and it was terrible - fake and medicinal. We scrapped the idea and went with crystal light lemonade mix at a mix rate of .11g of lemonade mix per 2oz of beer. I think if we were to do it again, we'd do .09g per 2 oz of beer. It was just a tad sweet, but it got great reviews from our Howler Club.
