after 5 days SG still at 10.20, added vanilla beans and coconut.
0.6 oz Thai chili deveined and de-seeded
Volume of tincture with chili's was 250ml, all added to secondary vessel
Roughly half a container of coconut extract added to secondary with 2 vanilla beans soaked overnight in vodka
Second half added just before bottling
