Notes

Petite says 66 IBU in their recipie. I guess my hops had a bit higher Alfa. 79 IBU was a bit much, but the beer was still great. I have reduced Centennial 30m hop from 50 to 33g for next time out.

NB!
Wheat and Oat may need finer milling than barley.

I use 2l starter with BE-256.
