Notes
This is an idea to make a citrus based American wheat. I was tipsy when I was putting it together and ended up throwing in some of the left over hops I had from other beers. Overall it has a nice body, a decent aroma, and very light mouth feel. It does pack a hoppy bitterness and a hop after taste. I have to adjust it for my taste not to be super hoppy flavored but overall im pretty happy with this brew.
Any recommendations to get a higher citrus flavor and less hoppy taste would be very appreciated. I don't know if you can leave comments but please do.
