Recipe inspired by Jamil and John Brewing Classic Styles, with modifications for my system, efficiency, hop schedule/utilization, etc
Full volume, no sparge
Add dry hops (in bag) at FG x 3 days at 60F, pull DH bag up, cold crash x 2 days, add gelatin x 2 days, then keg. Add 5 mL biofine in keg.
