Notes
- Mash grains and Vorlauf.
- Sparge and rest for 10 m in and vorlauf.
- Start 60 minute boil.
- Add hop additions according to their schedule
- Cool wort to 65 degF, aerate for 30 min, gravit y reading, and pitch yeast.
- Ferment till finished about 2 weeks, add dry-hops according to their schedule and jalapeno for 7 days.
- Cold crash in for week 4.
- Transfer to keg and force carbonate.
