Notes
  1. Mash grains and Vorlauf.
  2. Sparge and rest for 10 m in and vorlauf.
  3. Start 60 minute boil.
  4. Add hop additions according to their schedule
  5. Cool wort to 65 degF, aerate for 30 min, gravit y reading, and pitch yeast.
  6. Ferment till finished about 2 weeks, add dry-hops according to their schedule and jalapeno for 7 days.
  7. Cold crash in for week 4.
  8. Transfer to keg and force carbonate.
