My efficiency was extremely high on this one with OG = 1.060 so ABV will hinge on that. I use BIAB and dunk bag in 2 gallons of 170F water for a ghetto sparge then add the liquid from tun and top to 6.5gal boil.
Simcoe bittering and Cascade late addition/dry hop combo was spot on. Tasted like a mock IPA without the lingering bitterness. My wife loved this beer and I think she drank more than me!
Great 3-week beer start to finish (kegged).
