Brewed 2/24/21: Mash in w 15 L and 2 g gypsum, 149 for one hours, add 2 L of 153 F water than run off, then fill mash tun to top with 190 F water and run off, collected a little under 26 L. Cool to 66 F before pitching slurry from 1 L starter.
03/14/21: Racked to keg, dry hopped with 29 g Lupomax A, 10 g CTZ, 30 g Citra, 42 g Chinook, 28g Centennial
03/19/21: Remove dry hops, add 1/2 tsp gelatin dissolved in 1/3 cup of 150 F water, place keg in serving fridge.
