ejf063 • 02/17/2021 at 01:51am This is a split batch with Sippin' Up To Boston 2021. Lots of dry hops and a Tropical IPA yeast. The kegging sample had a lot of hop burn despite the long cold crash after the dry hop. Though not ordinary, the beer will condition until March 13, 2021 ready for St. Patrick's Day. Hopefully this will mitigate that burn....
From the pour the aroma of citrus is apparent. Sweet and hoppy but not cloying. Way too easy for 6.5%. The intentional double SO4 to Cl- offsets the bitterness well.
