Notes
2-15-21 In the kitchen Brew Day. -20 degrees F with the wind today. 90 minute boil due to over sparging. OG 1.064 a few points short, but respectable. Rocked out to Judas Priest for almost the entire brew day. Turbo 30 remastered edition.
2-18-21 Dry hop 3 oz. Galaxy in primary.
2-28-21 Transferred to keg under pressure on 4 oz. of Motueka. I brought the keg upstairs to bring temp to 70 for 3 days for a D rest. Chilled keg to 58 for three days then cold crashed.
