Notes

OSG 1.060. Gravity was really high 1.082 through the first 10 gallons so we fly sparge and sped it up. Brought gravity down. Used 3.5 lbs. of Simpson's naked oats and 3 .5 of flaked oats.
Checked gravity on day 3, 1.016. Dry hopped 4 ounces each of Citra and galaxy. stopped it at 1.014, cold crashed 2 days and kegged. Very nice beer, fruity, hoppy but just in mouthfeel. !
