Target Water Profile
Amsterdam (NL) Tap Water - Fall 2019
Notes
Trying to get the same results as the previous batches of LiD'A Euro Blonde, but made a major mistake during the process. I forgot to drain the sparge water. Carried on and did the mash with 41L instead of 35L plus 6L of sparge. Didn't sparge. Lost efficiency. But the results are still pretty darn good, if about 0.3% lower in abv than intended.
Previouus BH Eff. on this recipe were 76% to 80%. This batch was 72% due to water problems. I could have boiled to regain this, but choose the 30L target as more important than the 0.3%
