Notes

Missed preboil gravity by 7 points, so I boiled for about 90 minutes instead of 60. Basically I boiled until I hit a preboil gravity equal to what I based my recipe and efficiency on. I then made slight hop adjustments to the 60 minute addition. My intention was 21 ibus but it looks like I might've fallen a tiny bit short. hopefully the ~2 IBUs is not noticeable as it just pushes the beer outside of BJCP style guidelines for a tripel.

Further notes will be posted on my blog.
