Satt beregnet effektivitet ned til 75% pga. high gravity.
Gjær på 19 grader, la stige etter stormgjæring.

Fikk 25 liter OG 1.071. Kokte 30 min ekstra pga. et poeng under på pre boil måling og litt mer mengde. Fungerer bra å lese av strekene på innsiden av kjelen.

Ganske full kjele med disse mengdene, fikk ikke sirkulert så mye som ønsket selv om det ble en fin mesk. Rørte godt i malten sånn hvert 20. min. Kunne tatt en liter eller mer fra mesk til skyll, men dette gikk bra! Liker løs mesk.

Brygg nr. 2 på Brewtools 40Pro. Alt fungerte, en sann glede å kunne bruke et så bra system. Mengdene stemte. Damphatt og kondenser fungerer veldig bra. Kjente mye kållukt under kok, gir Maris Otter så mye DMS?
