Notes
Hazy IPA inspired by Mr. Zogg's Sex Wax (Surf Wax)
- Primarily coconut with some extra tropical flavors along with bees wax/honey and cream
- Sabro for coconut and tropical
-Ekuanot for extra tropical
- Coconut extract for coconut dominance
- honeycomb for beeswax
- Thoughts of lactose for "creaminess" (undecided)
7.65 starting water volume target
- Add (boiled) honeycomb into secondary fermenter after racking.
- After 2-3 days of secondary fermentation following the addition of the honeycomb, add dry hops of 3-5 days.
- Add coconut extract into keg - amount TBD through experimentation
