Post boil 6.25 gal. 1.125 gal boil off
Discard .5 quarts at beginning of transfer to fermenter and 2 quarts left in kettle.
Starter of 20 oz. spring water and 2 oz. Briess Pilsen DME. Boil 15 min. Yield 1 pint.18 hour start.
This turned out excellent.
