Notes

Steep grains for 25 minutes at approximately 160F (don't exceed 170F).
Add DME while heating to boil after steeping.
Add 1.5oz Mosaic at boil.
Boil 60 minutes.
Cool to 170F, then whirpool hops for 20 minutes.
Chill wort to 70F before pitching.
Dry hop 2-3 days after fermentation begins.
Cold crash @ 45F for 1-3 days until trub settles out.
Keg and carbonate.
