Notes
Steeping grains and Oats to 165, hold at 165 for 60mins, remove and drain. Turn off heat. Add LME, lactose mix well. bring to boil. boil for 60 min, follow hop schedule. Cool to 70. Move to fermenter, add pureed kiwi for secondary. Ferment for minimum of 7 days at 70 for primary, lower temperature for secondary to 65.
