Notes
Standard Recipe calls for 1lb of corn sugar (for a 5 gal batch) in last 10 minutes of boil. The first time we made this it was too sweet and ABV was too high so we are eliminating the corn sugar addition.
Original recipe calls for 26 lbs of 2-row grain but I reduced it to 20 lbs to lower the ABV to about 7%’
