Recipe adapted from pg. 259-260 of Mitch Steele's "IPA" -- based on Head Hunter recipe
Fermentation notes:
-Hold at 67F for 4-5 days
-Hold two dats at yeast-specific ferm temp for diacetyl rest
-Cool to 50F
-Crop or drop yeast
-Dry hop 10 days using equal parts all hops at .2oz/gal for each hop
-Gradually increase temp to 60F
Optional:
-Rouse hops w CO2 at days 2, 5 and 8
-Remove/rack off hops at day 9
-Cool for two days at 40F
-Cool to 33F
