Notes
NOTE: This beer had a 3 day D rest bumping the temp up 3 degrees F. The beer was bottle conditioned for 2 weeks and the first few bottles had a lot of sulfur. I did more research and the Cali V yeast strain I choose is very lager-like and can leave some residual sulfur in the remaining beer even with a long D rest. For future batches, or other brewers, use a cleaner yeast like WLP 001 or S-05 to eliminate the sulfur.
