Notes
Replaced columbus hops with hopshot. 10 IBUs per mL. So add 4 mL. All pellets went into hop spider. Crossflow heat exchanger to bring down to 180 in approx 3 min. Whirlpool hops added at 180F and let spin for 20 minutes, don't let go below 170F. 2L yeast starter with 2 yeast packs and 2 cans of proper starter 24 hrs on stir plate.
