Ha i humla for tørrmumling etter at gjæringa begynner å avta. La stå i 4-7 dager før flasking/ fating. Ideelt CC om mulighet for å felle ut alle humlerestene og enklere flasking.
Mengden vann for mesking og skylling er beregnet for G30.
Istedet for voss kveik kan WLP001 eller Wyeast 1056 brukes.
Til første brygg av denne ble det brukt WLP001. Resultatet ble helt nydelig! Anbefaler bruk av denne gjæren til oppskriften (selv om kveik ikke har blitt prøvd ut enda til dette ølet)
