First taste - yeasty, homebrew kind of flavour. Nice toffee colour. Not bad flavour, hardly any banana, but an odd lingering bitterness after swallowing. Bitterness not present in my recent Dunkel, which had more hops. Maybe... Carafa 2 is the culprit?
