Mash 1 temp = 4.15 gallons @ 155 degrees F
Mash 2 temp = 4.0 gallons @ 168 degrees F
The cascade hops should have been around 4.5 to 5.5 % AA, but I could not find them. I did not scale the hops according to the alpha acids, hence the very high IBU.
Tasted more like a cross between SNB Pale Ale and Torpedo.
