The 2nd version was a lot closer but still too much roasted barley IMO. Too much of the toasted coffee notes. Tuned it way down again to basically get rid of it completely while only contributing to the color (.2lbs to 1.2oz, about 1/4), as well as added some Red Wheat for better head retention.

What'd your fermentation schedule look like?

Looks like:
66° for 3 days
68° for 6 days
66° for 5 days

Unless that was just an ambient fluctuation on the Tilt. Did you aim for 14 days at 68° and then bottle condition?
