Target Water Profile
Light colored and malty
Notes
The actual numbers: OG 1.086, FG 1.024, 8.1% ABV.
It's a little too hot, and under-carbonated, but quite drinkable. Hop bitterness is firm and balances the heft of the malt very well. Flavor and aromatics from Hallertau are subtle but discernible.
