Made a big ol’ 4L starter for this 24hrs+ before
Adapted recipe from triple-decoction method as written by LHBS. If this beer is a one I would do again, I would consider performing the decoctions, but I’d have to be set up for it.
- added rice hulls to mash due to some gumminess that nearly led to stuck mash.
