Notes
I malted the barley myself. Washing, 48 hours hydrating, airating and sprouting for 48 hours. Mashing green malt (70 %, with all rootlets etc), and caramelized malt (30%, 2h at 70C with a fan on).
Super poor efficiency, blending was not efficient and the blender burned as well.
