Basic Northern Brewing - Honey Kolsch Extract recipe but swapped out the SafAle Yeast with Omega OYL-017 Kolsch Yeast and adding Natural Strawberry Extract 4oz to bottom of bottling bucket along with priming sugar to add strawberry flavor for bottle conditioning.

Turned out GREAT! I thought 4oz of strawberry was too much after opening a bottle after only 3 days of conditioning but after about 8 days or so, only have about 20 bottles left it is so good!
