Comparing the flavour generated by Galaxy hops used for late addition with the Ekuanot hop. Kept the same grain bill and yeast for comparison purposes.
Will use the full grain bill for 20litres then split the wort into two and boil separately for hop addition and fermentation.
Dry hop - 30g at day 4 for 3 days then replace with 30g for another 3 days.
Tasted the two pale ales side by side. This galaxy was a nicer aroma and flavour but not by much. Was more bitter than the 35IBU would indicate but probably due to the dry hopping. Still cant get the strong hop aroma and flavour I have been trying for.
